I do my absolute best to get everything shipped out that is in stock within 48 hours. I do offer pick up at my home for now between 5-8 Monday-Friday. If you need something before or after, just message me! I’m happy to accommodate when I can. Please be patient. I’m a one man show with 2 kids, and 2 other jobs (I know. I’m crazy).

Pick up is offered at Beau Cheveux Salon in Nederland. When checking out, choose that location. Drop offs are done on Thursdays. If you need something sooner, please contact me.

If you receive an email stating that your order has shipped but you are picking up, that is just notifying you that your order is ready for pickup.

Returns: Store credit is offered for all returns. If an item is damaged in transit, I will file a claim with the post office for you, otherwise we can only offer store credit or exchange. I do my best to let everyone know sizing on items and if you’re not sure, please ask, or come try on!

Sales: All items purchased at a discount are final sale unless otherwise stated. Exchanges are generally not available on clearance or sale items. Please contact me if there is an issue.
