These do have stretch but not overly stretchy as the sequin top fabric is not stretchy. Functional drawstring and the waistband is very soft.
Available in S-2XL. Christie is in the XL and they fit fine. There's still room in spite of me having legs longer than my body and I don't feel uncomfortable in the length. Please keep in mine that I am 5'10 so yes, they look short.
